The Challenge
Every workshop faces the same problem – finding a cleaning chemical that’s tough enough to cut through oil and grease, but safe for the workshop.
The wrong cleaner is costing the workshop time and risking components. Operators should not have to choose between a dangerous, caustic formula that may damage sensitive parts and a weak one that forces the shop into endless scrubbing.
The Solution
EziFoam’s high-foaming, clinging formula is engineered to stay in place, even on upright surfaces like workshop walls, locomotive panels, and intricate large components. This extended cling time allows for maximum dwell time to dissolve stubborn contaminants, significantly reducing manual cleaning effort and improving overall efficiency.
When applied through a foamer, the thick, shaving cream-style foam instantly clings, breaks the bonds of the grease and oil, a quick broom, and is rinsed off completely with high-pressure water, leaving a residue-free finish. In a recent demonstration on a diesel locomotive, EziFoam made quick work of built-up oil and grease, restoring the surface to a near-new shine in minutes.
