EziVac is designed for efficient liquid recovery, spill clean-up, and fluid transfer in industrial workshops. It can also handle semi-solid materials like grease and sludge, making it ideal for cleaning tanks, parts washers, and workshop pits.
How does the EziVac work?
EziVac connects to a compressed air supply and converts a standard metal drum into a powerful wet vacuum system. It features a reversible function that allows users to both vacuum liquids in and pump them out with a simple knob turn.
What models of EziVac are available?
There are two models, the EziVac and the higher-flow EziVac XL. The EziVac moves 105 L/min on vacuum and 50 L/min when pumping out; the EziVac XL moves 150 L/min on vacuum and 105 L/min when pumping out.
What are the technical requirements to operate an EziVac?
EziVac requires a compressor that delivers 17.5 CFM at 90 to 100 PSI. Insufficient air supply will affect performance. It offers a vacuum flow rate of 105L/min and a pump flow rate of 50L/min with a 2.5m vacuum lift and 2m pumping head.
Is the EziVac maintenance-free?
Yes. EziVac runs on compressed air only and has no moving parts to wear out, so there is no routine servicing to do.
