Start with the job, not the model number

Four questions and we can spec your machine

You don’t need to know which machine you want. Answer these in your enquiry and our team will recommend one.

01

What are you cleaning?

Engine blocks, final drive hubs, undercarriage, gearboxes or general workshop parts. Tell us the parts and what they are made of.

02

How heavy is the biggest job?

Our spray washers take single jobs from 250 kg to 4000 kg, and our hot tanks up to 4000 kg. The heaviest part sets the size.

03

How do you clean them now?

Pressure washer, solvent sink, an outside contractor or a whole afternoon of someone’s time. Your current process shows us where the hours go.

04

What needs to change?

Labour hours, chemical spend, power bills, safety or consistent results. Tell us what matters most and we’ll build around it.

Before you enquire

Do I need to know which model I want?

No. Tell us what you’re cleaning and the weight of the heaviest part, and we’ll recommend the machine.

Will you have a machine big enough?

Our spray washers take single jobs from 250 kg to 4000 kg, with baskets up to 3200 mm across, and our hot tanks take loads up to 4000 kg. If your parts don’t fit the standard range, ask us about a custom build.

Spray washer or hot tank: which one?

It depends on the parts and the dirt. Tell us what you clean and how you clean it now, and we’ll explain which suits the job and why.

What does it cost to run?

Our spray washers use only hot water and detergent, with a programmable 7-day timer. In our hot tanks, centrifugal filtration gives up to 75% chemical saving over the life of the machine and over 25% electricity saving.

Where are Apollo machines made?

In Tamworth, NSW, by Apollo Engineering, which has been manufacturing in Australia for over 30 years.

Are they built to Australian standards?

Yes. Our machines are built to AS 4024, AS 1554 and AS 3000.
