What a spray washer does that a hot tank cannot
Flushes out what a soak leaves behind
The gear-driven turntable turns the case under hot detergent spray from every side, so swarf and old oil are flushed out of galleries and pockets. A water-driven turntable relies on the spray to turn it; the gear drive cleans 60% better.
The oil skims off, the tank pumps itself out
A disk oil skimmer lifts the gear oil off the surface while the washer runs. When the tank needs emptying, auto pump-out sends it up to 50 metres to your waste point. Nobody bails a tank.
Non-caustic, so aluminium cases are safe
The SW range runs on hot water and detergent only. EziWash is non-caustic and rated for aluminium, so alloy transmission cases and gearbox housings go in without the risk a caustic tank carries.
Hot before the shift, topped up all day
A programmable 7-day timer heats the tank before the first job of the shift. Auto water top-up holds the level through the day, so nobody checks it between loads.

SW800 and SW1100
Car and light commercial transmissions, gearbox cases and housings. The SW800 has an 810 mm basket and a 250 kg load; the SW1100 has an 1100 mm basket and a 750 kg load.
SW1400 and SW1409
Truck and bus transmissions, differentials and hydraulic cylinders. Both take a 1400 mm basket. The SW1400 carries 1000 kg and fits inside a shipping container; the SW1409 carries 2000 kg.
SW1612
Large gearboxes and heavy housings that need the room. A 1600 mm basket, a 2000 kg load and a 450 litre tank.
SW2023 and SW3216
Final drive hubs, spindles and undercarriage components off mining and earthmoving machines. 2000 mm and 3200 mm baskets, 4000 kg loads, twin 5.5 kW pumps. The SW3216 has the largest basket in the range.
